Pairing issues?

Before you reset

  1. Put both earbuds in the charging case.
  2. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings.
  3. Find Sesh or Sesh Wireless.
  4. Tap Forget This Device or Unpair.
  5. Turn Bluetooth off on your phone for now.

How to reset Skullcandy Sesh True Wireless

  1. Take only the left earbud out of the case.
  2. Press the button on the left earbud 6 times.
  3. The LED should flash red, which means that earbud has reset.
  4. Put the left earbud back into the case.
  5. Take only the right earbud out of the case.
  6. Press the button on the right earbud 6 times.
  7. The LED should flash red.
  8. Put the right earbud back into the case.
  9. Take both earbuds out of the case together.
  10. Wait a few seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other.

Skullcandy’s official Sesh Wireless troubleshooting guide says to forget the earbuds from your Bluetooth list, turn Bluetooth off, then reset each bud by pressing the button 6 times, starting with the left bud.

How to pair them again

  1. Turn Bluetooth back on.
  2. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
  3. Wait for Sesh or Sesh Wireless to appear.
  4. Tap it to pair.
  5. If your phone asks to confirm pairing, tap Pair.

If they still will not pair

  1. Make sure both earbuds are charged.
  2. Check that the LEDs turn red when placed in the case.
  3. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
  4. Keep the earbuds close to your phone.
  5. Restart your phone, then try pairing again.
  6. Repeat the reset, making sure each earbud is reset separately.
