Follow these steps if your Skullcandy Sesh True Wireless earbuds are not pairing correctly.
Before you begin
Put both earbuds in the charging case. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings, find Sesh or Sesh Wireless, then tap Forget This Device, Unpair, or Remove. Turn Bluetooth off on your phone for now.
Start with both earbuds in the case
Make sure both earbuds are placed correctly in the charging case and that the case has charge.
Reset the left earbud first
Take only the left earbud out of the case.
Press the button on the left earbud 6 times.
Wait for the red LED
The LED should flash red, which means the left earbud has reset.
Put the left earbud back
Place the left earbud back into the charging case.
Reset the right earbud
Take only the right earbud out of the case.
Press the button on the right earbud 6 times.
Wait for the red LED again
The LED should flash red, which means the right earbud has reset.
Put the right earbud back
Place the right earbud back into the charging case.
Remove both earbuds together
Take both earbuds out of the case together.
Wait a few seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other.
Turn Bluetooth back on
Turn Bluetooth back on from your phone settings and open the Bluetooth device list.
Select Sesh or Sesh Wireless
Wait for Sesh or Sesh Wireless to appear in the available Bluetooth devices list, then tap it to pair.
If your phone asks to confirm pairing, tap Pair.
If they still will not pair
- Make sure both earbuds are charged.
- Check that the LEDs turn red when placed in the case.
- Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
- Keep the earbuds close to your phone.
- Restart your phone, then try pairing again.
- Repeat the reset, making sure each earbud is reset separately.
