Follow these steps if your Skullcandy Sesh Evo earbuds are not pairing correctly.
Before you begin
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, find Sesh Evo, then tap Forget This Device, Unpair, or Remove before resetting the earbuds.
Forget Sesh Evo from Bluetooth
On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, find Sesh Evo, then select Forget This Device or Unpair.
Remove both earbuds from the case
Take both earbuds out of the charging case and keep them close to each other.
Power off both earbuds
Press and hold the button on both earbuds for around 6 seconds until they turn off.
Reset both earbuds
Press and hold the button on both earbuds again for around 10 seconds.
This resets the earbuds and power-cycles them.
Place both earbuds back in the case
Put both earbuds back into the charging case and make sure they sit correctly.
Wait for the red LED
Wait until both earbuds show a red LED. This confirms they are seated and charging in the case.
Take both earbuds out again
Remove both earbuds from the case and wait a few seconds while they reconnect to each other.
Pair with Sesh Evo again
Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select Sesh Evo from the available devices list.
When pairing, only select Sesh Evo from the Bluetooth list and accept all pairing prompts that appear.
If the reset does not work
- Check that both earbuds are charging properly in the case.
- If the red LED does not appear, clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
- Make sure the ear gels are fitted correctly so the earbuds sit properly in the case.
- Use a charger that does not exceed 18 W, 5 V / 3.6 A.
