How to Send Your Return

1. Package your item securely. Include any supplied accessories and your order number.
2. Visit your local Post Office. Take your parcel and our returns address with you. You will need to pay for the return postage yourself.
3. Use a tracked postage service. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked service so you can monitor your return.
4. Keep your postage receipt. Retain your proof of postage and tracking information until we have confirmed that your return has arrived safely.
