Skullcandy’s official guidance says this reset is used when Indy earbuds will not pair to a phone or when the two earbuds are not connecting to each other properly.

How to pair them again

  1. Turn Bluetooth back on.
  2. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
  3. Look for Indy or Indy Wireless.
  4. Tap it to pair.
  5. If more than one Indy option appears, wait a few seconds and choose the main Indy option.

If they still will not pair

  1. Put both earbuds back in the case and check that the lights come on.
  2. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
  3. Keep the earbuds close to your phone.
  4. Restart your phone and try again.
  5. Repeat the reset, making sure each earbud is reset separately.
