Reset the right earbud first

Take only the right earbud out of the case.

Tap the centre touch area on the right earbud 4 times.

3

Wait for the red light

The right earbud should power off and show a red light.

If it does not, repeat the 4 taps.

Put the right earbud back

Place the right earbud back into the charging case.

5

Reset the left earbud

Take only the left earbud out of the case.
