Firestick Remote Not Pairing:
Firstly, please insert fresh batteries and press and hold the Home button for 10-15 seconds with the device near to your Firestick.
If this hasn't paired the device, please follow these steps: Unplug the Firestick from its power source for 60 seconds. While it's unplugged, perform a remote reset by holding the Left, Menu, and Back buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds, then remove the batteries. Finally, plug the Firestick back in, put the batteries back, and hold the Home button for 10 seconds.
