Apple TV Remote Not Pairing
Please try inserting fresh batteries into the remote first.
Then, hold the remote very close to the Apple TV box, almost touching it. Press and hold the Back button, or Menu button on older remotes, and the Volume Up button at the same time for up to 15 seconds.
You may see a message on the TV screen asking you to follow some pairing instructions. Please follow these if they appear.
It may be worth trying this a couple of times, as it can sometimes take more than one attempt to pair successfully.
